In the role of Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the development, training and oversight of clinical policies and programs that support Holiday s Assisted Living communities. With the goal of ensuring high quality care, high resident satisfaction and efficient care delivery, the Director of Clinical Operations will create standards and processes as guided by national, state and local agency requirements. As a clinical leader and assisted living expert, this role will partner with L&D to build and implement training programs for all levels of clinical staff within our communities.
Director of Clinical Operations:

  • Oversee the operational integrity of Holiday Assisted Living programs, systems, policies and procedures
  • Understand and communicate health agency requirements and compliance for multiple states, provide timely communication on compliance updates, continuously audit community compliance and report to leadership on a regular cadence; plan for future changes as part of the Operations annual plan
  • Participate in/encourage quality assessment and improvement activities. Generate reports for senior leadership. Provide direction regarding clinical process improvement methods and guide associates in the implementation of new process/procedures/methods.
  • Develops and oversees the effectiveness of clinically innovative programs, protocols, training plans and initiatives to improve clinical outcomes; create and maintain playbooks for each role within clinical operations
  • Assists in the clinical design, implementation, and ongoing operations of Holiday s client care programs
  • Maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through internal and/or external training programs, provide interpretation of knowledge and direction to staff.
  • Coach and evaluate performance of Wellness Directors, nursing staff, caregivers and assistants regularly, and participate in formal performance appraisals by sharing clinical performance insights
  • Ensure locations are in compliance with standards/company policies/procedures and external regulatory requirements, and that clinical documentation meets these requirements.
  • Attend/participate in scheduled conference calls and/or meetings and/or internet reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Resident Experience, Dining, Operations and Finance teams to ensure all functions understand how products should be positioned at every community.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Licenses & Certifications:
    Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required. Oversight of clinical programs highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, process orientation, and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to proactively identify operational and workflow gaps and swiftly build efficient solutions
  • The ability to present information accurately and concisely both orally and in writing; possess the ability to formulate presentations and deliver content to large and small clinical audiences of all levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with flexibility and ability to complete multiple projects successfully; exceptional business acumen understanding the ancillary opportunities in Assisted Living.
  • Operate with high integrity and accountability for results

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
