In the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will assist internal and external customers by making timely and accurate billing adjustments as approved.
Account Receivable Specialist:
- Adjust month to month lease set-up as requested and approved by the field.
- Adjust payments, set up autopayments, enter billing adjustments, generate statements, and generate refunds as approved.
- Work as a team with other AR staff and assist where needed to meet departmental deadlines.
- Adhere to Holiday Retirement SOX policies regarding approval thresholds, monthly statements, and rent roll certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Operate 10-key by touch.
- Minimum one year of office experience and/or college preferred.
- Minimum one year of data entry experience working with heavy volume.
- Experience with SOX policies and audits preferred.
- Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications. Experience with JDE and Microsoft CRM preferred.
- Ability to handle a large volume of material and meet departmental deadlines.
- Must demonstrate the ability to support, practice and deliver the Holiday Touch 100% of the time.
- Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
