Real Estate Paralegal

Boutique law firm seeking candidate to assist busy real estate department. Will be obtaining, preparing and filing documents and forms; analyzing and preparing title; reviewing contracts; forming limited liability companies and other entities; performing UCC and other searches; preparing and tracking closing checklists and transactional documentation; participating in and attending closings; reviewing due diligence materials.

Must be able to read legal documents; be proficient in Word and Excel and able to easily learn software.

Residential and commercial experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
