We are seeking a positive and confident Healthcare Recruiter to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to match them with appropriate and desirable career opportunities across the country. As a Healthcare Recruiter with National Staffing Solutions (NSS), you will communicate with candidates via telephone and email in our Orlando office. As part of our vibrant outbound call environment, you will be making between 100-150 calls per day, interviewing candidates and matching them with the most appropriate career opportunities.
Tasks of the Healthcare Recruiter include:
Primary tasks 100-150 calls per day
Researching and contacting candidates via the Internet, mail,
school resources and job fairs
Reviewing candidates resumes and curriculum vitae carefully
Communicating effectively with employers and candidates to
ensure that the needs of both are met
As a Healthcare Recruiter with NSS, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of the candidates and manage the candidates through their entire employment process.
Additional responsibilities of the Healthcare Recruiter include:
Establishing rapport with candidates to negotiate salary
requirements and solve problems
Coordinating the interview process for candidates and
employers
Completing other tasks as assigned
As a Healthcare Recruiter with NSS, you must be an ambitious and articulate self-starter with an exceptional work ethic.
Additional requirements for the Healthcare Recruiter include:
Staffing and recruiting experience strongly preferred; sales
experience a plus
Ability to Multi-Task
Bachelors degree preferred

At NSS, we understand that our employees work hard, so we offer a base starting salary of $30,000 plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses. Average first year earnings for the Healthcare Recruiter are $55,000 to $75,000 and second year earnings are generally $80,000 to $100,000. You are in complete control of your success and we provide a comprehensive benefits package to help you achieve the success you desire. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
