Minimum
Qualifications:
Clear and active Pharm Tech license in the state of practice
At least 1 year experience as a Pharm Tech in retail/specialty pharmacy
1 to 3 years Customer Service Experience/claims audit
Inbound/outbound Call Experience.
Ability to recognize when something needs to be escalated to management and do so in a timely manner.
Ability to manage changes in priorities and focus of work projects, without sacrificing productivity
Must possess the ability to interact and communicate clearly with internal and external customers at all levels.
Must be detail oriented, able to manage change and function in a fast-paced environment effectively and professionally.
Candidate must own responsibility for completion of assigned tasks and deadlines as required and be self-motivated.
