Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop a unique, seasonally rotating dessert menu that complements our restaurant's theme.
Lead and mentor a dynamic team of pastry cooks, fostering an environment of creativity, learning, and respect.
Manage inventory and ordering of all pastry department supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Uphold our high standards of food safety and cleanliness, ensuring every sweet treat that leaves your kitchen is both stunning and safe to eat.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a pastry leadership role, ideally in a high-volume setting.
A deep understanding of pastry techniques and trends, with the ability to execute classic favorites and innovate new creations.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
