Aboutthe Role:
The GeneralManager role will be responsible for sales in the North American market andSelect Global, as well as for promoting the business development with one of thelargest customers of the company.
It is the responsibility of this position todesign and deploy a sales plan for the region and for Global, supporting theachievement of the strategic objectives of company.
What YouWill Do:
Coreduties and responsibilities include the following.
Manage thestrategic relationship with customers promoting the growth of the business withthis customer by developing key initiatives under a Global Business Plan (GBP).
Ensure theproper formalization and execution of all updated terms that arise from thedevelopment of such GBP.
Ensure theexecution of all contractual terms and obligations on a global basis under theglobal contract.
Design anddeploy sales plan for the season and the 3 years ahead for the North AmericanMarket.
Develop ahigh-performance sales team.
Develop astrong relationship with customers in the North America Market.
Feed thebusiness with strategic information related to customer plans, demand forjuices in the region, new business opportunities, and anticipate treats thatcan jeopardize the business development.
Understandcustomers' needs to develop a strategic position in the marketplace.
Developtalents in the sale organization to support a succession pipeline for the company.
Supportthe sales team to conclude sales negotiations.
Supportthe company to have the appropriate pricing that can effectively deliver the strategicresults.
Promoteengagement in the workplace.
Clearcommunicate sales objectives and forecast to demand planning.
Ensuresales targets are meet according to the plan.
Representthe company in events, conferences, and meetings.
Performsother related duties as assigned by upper management.
OurPerfect CandidateEducation and
Experience:
Bachelors OR Master's degree in Business, Economicsor Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years'experience in Sales and Key Account ManagementExperienced in B2B highlypreferred.
Must be able to managea Sales team management, design sales strategy for the North American Market, SalesManagement, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
Should have strong negotiationand people skills, good communicator, and results driven professional.
Internationalbusiness and foreign trade background.
Knowledge of customsand other regulatory policies and applications i.
e.
, USDA, FDA, Department ofCommerce, US Customs, and Duty Draw-back.
CompanyOffers:
Annual starting salary is $180k, commensuratewith experience and education.
Rewards and recognition for superiorperformance-bonus, based on a fiscal July-June year, can make up to 4 monthsyour base compensation.
