Qualifications:
Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniformGreets Guests in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all Guests that come within five feet Follows the steps of service as defined in the Miller's Ale House training materialsProvides highest level of service by adhering to all Miller's Ale House service standards, creating Ale House Raving FansServes alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements Works directly with other Team Members to ensure all Guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely mannerEnsures menu knowledge to address Guests' questions, including food allergy issuesEnsures proper food handling and sanitation of work areasMaintains neat and organized server stations and FOH work areas; to include sweeping and mopping as neededEnsures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled server as well as cleanliness upon departure Notifies Management immediately of any potential issue with Guests, Team Members, and/or long ticket timesWorks To Go station when assigned by Management SAFETY & SANITATIONWashes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shiftServes all food and alcohol within accordance of company standards and state service requirementsMaintains clean and sanitized work areasWorks with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard TEAWORK, SKILLS & EDUCATIONSupports other Front of House functions as needed, ensuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member's responsibilityPositively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informedProvides exceptional service throughout the entire shiftPossesses strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with numbers and handle cashBasic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate the restaurant point-of-sale softwareMust be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state lawSets up Team Members for success at shift change by ensuring side work and stations are properly stockedPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Server is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
