Prepare daily cash deposits and maintain the cash control sheet.
Generate and send invoices based on the AR aging report.
Apply payments and update the accounts receivable ledger.
Fulfill customer requests by providing invoice copies.
Process daily credit card deposits.
Organize check stubs and bank receipts.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounts receivable.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
