We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience:
