US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USThe position of an IMT Support Technician is responsible for supporting computing environments associated with faculty and staff users across the University.
Core responsibilities include working support issues via a ticket system, inventory and asset management, imaging and deployment of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

2 years relevant work experience in Information TechnologyExperience with software products (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
)Basic experience with supporting user account and computer objects in Microsoft Active DirectoryExperience using Mobile Device Management solutions (Intune, SCCM, JAMF)Understanding of file sharing practices on both Windows and MacOSBasic understanding of networking fundamentals
Qualifications:
2 years relevant work experience in Information TechnologyExperience with software products (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
