ResponsibilitiesHave a great attitude and positive outlook.
The Training Manager will provide complete and ongoing training on our product/processes.
Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and guide them through the sales process.
Assist the customer in selecting a vehicle that meets their wants and needs.
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features including a test drive.
QualificationsEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing and friendly, especially while interacting with customers.
Quality customer service skillStrong interpersonal and communications, in-person and on the phoneCapable of learning and using proprietary sales programsPersistent, competitive, and good work ethicFocuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
Salary:
$47 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
