Assistant Director of Maintenance Essential Job Duties &
Responsibilities:

AHCA Updates.
2.
Fire and Health Inspection updates and Inspections.
3.
Unit walks for Construction.
4.
Preventative Maintenance.
5.
Staff supervisor.
6.
Moderate Paperwork.
7.
Maintenance Work Orders.
8.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
