Essential Job Functions Greet all guests, provide personalized shopping experience, prepare fitting rooms, ongoing service with open ended questions to learn guest preferences and exceed their shopping needs through recommendations and up-selling.
Efficiently facilitate guest purchase maintaining proper banking and POS accountabilities, capturing guest contact information when appropriate.
Recognize Loss Prevention situations and conform to policies and procedures.
Participate in executing visual merchandising philosophies.
Possesses a team orientated, engaging and upbeat hospitality attitude.
Possesses strong interpersonal communication, verbal and sales skills along with the ability to multi-task and perform basic math and cash handling.
Education and Certifications retail apparel experience prefered High school diploma or GED required.
