Assist in the handling and preparation of finished products under the direction of the head manager.
Clean and sanitize production area, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Assist in receiving and storing production components and raw ingredients.
Help with inventory keeping and stock rotation.
Help maintaining Good Manufacturing Procedures and record keeping.
Follow safety and hygiene regulations.
Skills:
Time management and ability to comply with deadlines.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment, like scales and other measuring tools.
Familiarity with basic mathematical comprehension.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Good communication skills to collaborate with the production team.
