Must complete work with accuracy, have a sense of urgency, and can hit performance metrics.
This person must have experience in the hospitality industry along with maintaining schedules, working with external/internal teams/clients/vendors, communication on behalf of the CEO/Owner with other leaders, and a high standard of communication, reading and writing.
We operate in a Mac Environment and have systems in place that will be required to be used which are dropbox, Monday.
com, slack, Microsoft office products, amongst others.
The person that will fill this role will collaborate with the CEO in several areas and be responsible for follow up and completion of the assignments.
We are searching for someone who will take ownership of their projects allowing the CEO to focus on growing their companies.
This person needs to be a driver and know how to apply constant gentle pressure to bring things to fruition.
They need to be responsible and accountable; we need someone that will take things off of the CEO's plate does not add to it.
