Office Administration - Busy Casework company is requiring a full time Office Administrator. - Tracking of Invoices - Generating Change Orders in conjunction with the estimators - Making sure all insurance requirements for projects are met - Making sure all supplies are in stock, and all vendors are current. - Updating Quickbooks - with basic book keeping. - Excellent Phone Mannerism - Must be highly organised and efficient. - Assisting the Estimating function, and Production function to ensure a smooth running.
